It seems like MMO events are everywhere, vying for attention as they try to lure in new players with Christmas themed events. Well, Magic World Online is no different, although they have also announced two new maps to go along with their Christmas hapennings. Around Christmas, the team plans to release the two maps, "Execrative Sanctuary" and "Wailing Stronghold," which offers "valuable and groovy" Deva items, and level 80 Skill Books that drop from the bosses. Did anyone see "Executive Secretary" with that first name?

The actual Christmas Event, which the team dubs the "Naughty Christmas Pig sending you the Christmas Present," (nice name!) will also be held from December 17th to January 7th. Throughout these days, Naughty Little Pigs will roam the countryside with Santa's gifts, and players can then slaughter these pigs to take the shinies.

Finally, the team also notes that they will be bringing in double EXP weekends for the weekends of December 24th to the 27th, and January 1st to January 3rd. So for those of you who are planning to spend Christmas and New Years in Magic World Online... They've got you covered!

Ingle Games announced today that it will start the second round of Closed Beta Test for its new-concept mythic MMORPG, Magic World Online (MWO) on April 6, 2008 .The registration will be opened on or around April 4, 2008 . The goal of this round of Closed Beta is to perform thorough stress test on the game servers, which can host up to 3000 peak con-current players per server group. The publisher decides to offer open registrations and invite everyone to join CB2. More excitingly, all CB2 testers' accounts and characters will be preserved from this moment on, and there will be no more server wipes.

Meanwhile, Ingle Games announced that the recent MWO CB1 test was a tremendous success due to the help of over 800 devoted players. The game servers were was running smoothly, and the developers have fixed all of the major bugs in the game.
