Want to swap goblin for gnome to make the ICC rep arrows but can't seem to make it happen - the goblin trainer down in Gadget isn't offering to untrain me and hte Gnome trainer in BB isn't saying a word about it?
Go see Narain Soothfancy in the hut at Steamweadle Port in Tanaris (65.3,18.5). Click the book on the table (Soothsaying for Dummies) to unlearn your current specialization.
