If you're up for the task. Mining and Blacksmithing, especially Smelt Titansteel (now with the new Expansion WTOLK) pay great. All the titansteel epics sell for 1100g+

I found that while levelling I made more money overall from skinning than from anything else. I think because I didn't have to actively watch for things to skin. It's never made the money ore/bars or herbs have but there's no competition for it and no having to run around looking for it.
At level 80 I've found it's not much use as a money maker and tend to use my fishing and cooking to make money. I'll have to look into the feast mats on my server and see how much they're selling for. I'm quite often the only one selling high level food so make good money off that.
