BCNM40?Follow

Hey guys, I'm wondering about this thing. I heard this is one of the best ways to make money at around my level, and I am completely strapped for cash (I can barely afford chocobos). Anyways I'm wondering how this thing works, I have 150 beastmen seals, so can someone explain how I get this orb thing, and describe what you do in this fight, what you can get, etc. please if you can.
Edit: Oh and tell me if my gear would be acceptable for this fight.
