Looking for staticFollow

This is getting ridiculously hard for me to get an invite for party.

Okay, I don't live in American time zones so I can only play with JP/Asian/Australian players during the weekdays after work. But the thing is, there's nearly no invite whatsoever from English speaking groups at around 7-12am (Eastern Time). If I do a /sea region I can only see JP players seeking.

Most of the time, I'll need to wait until >12am or wake up early to play in weekends if I want to engage in party action.

Is there other players who's living outside of NA and thinking of starting a static party? I can play during weekdays after 8pm (JP time = 7am EST) and 10am (JP time = 9am EST) during weekends.

I'm a 36THF/18NIN and I have other jobs at 10-11 as well.
