Bumping this because the EQN forum is still dead: You can buy into EQ Landmark alpha and beta and it gets you in game goodies as well.

I don't know how well they'll manage to execute it but the idea at least is interesting and I really like building stuff. I've decided to wait and see until Alpha launches before buying the beta pack thingy (if that's still possible then) if it's shaping up to be good.

I'm still kind of skeptic about the whole everything can be destroyed and AI will be sort of intelligent and move around the world thing but if they deliver on their promises it could be very good. And it doesn't hurt that I really like the style and look of the game.
