Um, wait, what? Oh, yeah ... I guess the rest of the world isn't taking a long holiday for the Dragon Boat Festival? Time to hear how your weekend went!

WoW: I didn't get to play much and of course I fell prey to having run various toons from my old primary account through DMF. The logical thing to do would have been to take advantage of the heirlooms I had and level my mage. Except ... my old main, the one that I used to play with my quasi adoptive daughter on, is a troll and I just had the mood to dust him off, heirlooms be damned. I dinged a couple of levels, ran some instances, and started to get his gear cleaned up. He's 83 and making good progress -- fail as far as goals, but otherwise I'm happy.

RL: I seem to be on vacation from real life at the moment. Pink turned teh cute up to frappe and my brain just isn't handling it.

We had races but apparently don't get a day off. I'll join you in spirit though, and work as little as possible. Smiley: nod

Can't add much on the WoW side obviously (too busy exploiting the market to pay for SWTOR content unlocks) but the Mrs is about as geared as she feels like she's going to get through LFR and has been out farming companion pets and debating whether or not to renew her subscription.

My goals post sunk into oblivion and did not get posted it seems ...

Game - gained a few levels on my warrior and ranger (GW2) and still collecting crafting materials.

RL - so huge plans, kid free for a while so cleaned house, saw The Purge (meh) and worked on gardening some more. Wife has us starting P90x if we can handle it, if not then off to the gym from now on so play/fun time will be less.

WoW:

- Got one of the two mounts from Halaa. Have already done a good chunk of the grind for the second. Can't wait to cross that of my list.
- Did a few achievements.
- Made about 10k gold.
- Caught some pets I was missing. Am now at 470 unique pets. Minfernal still refuses to show up. :(
- Made progress in my grind for the White Boneraptor. Have more than 2400 bones at this point.

RL:

Not much. Most of my plans fell into the water because a friend got sick. Originally I was to visit her (she lives in another town a few hours away from me). But that was cancelled so I mostly watched the old X-Men animated series, played the Lord of the Rings LCG and went to the gym.

Hopefully, valor cap my mage for the third week in a row. I'd love to run LFR again too (need mah sigils!). Sitting at 640/1000 right now for VP; might be close.
Made cap on the mage; at 950/1000 on the druid. Going to cap easily tonight!

RL: Hopefully going out to a pirate-themed bar for a live cover band performing Fleetwood Mac and Billy Joel songs... but the weather may not agree. It's currently a 35% chance of rain leading up to the music (10% when it starts), but it's storming out right now Plan B is to spend the evening with friends watching a movie, then going to the hot tub to relax. Not a bad evening, but... pirates! Music! ALCOHOL! Much preferred
Went to the bar, food was good, drinks were cheap, music was rained out Smiley: frown Definitely going to go again! Rest of the weekend was mostly gaming, watching the Big Bang Theory and anime, and doing chores around the apartment. Wheeee!
