Is anyone else having this issue?

The system askes you to alter your password....
You go to the link, and enter the info you need....

You cannot go to any support as you cannot log in.
You cannot play as you cannot log in...
I am not using any special chars etc etc...
They are not paying for your bar bill that is getting bigger by the second...

Ideas?
