"Stay out of the bad" is the correct description of about 95% of dungeon/boss content. Funny enough, Wanderer's Palace HM is one of the few places where you don't have to worry about standing in the bad, since the floor bacon only affect Mamool Ja and doesn't harm or hurt you.

I don't mind being told the mechanics of the fight if necessary. But I'm not going to watch a video and spoil myself the aesthetic surprises on Dungeons. Raids? I'm fine watching the videos religiously so I adapt to the movements quicker.

For Dungeons, I'm more or less confident in my skills enough to fall back on them and discover the quirks of each fight as they come along or are explained to me out of context.

This last batch of dungeons was also kind of a greatest hits of mechanics that we've seen from earlier dungeons, so "Brayflox bombs" describes things.

This was the first batch of dungeons that I initially went through them on a tank job; I went through all the others on dps or healing jobs. I didn't watch videos, but I did read some short summaries on the bosses. I think it's a little different for tanks to have at least an idea, as opposed to other jobs.
