Hi i have a couple items that con grey on me which i still use for skill and stat bonuses...
When i check the item quest information on a couple sites including this one it seems most of those items have out lived there usage level.

Does this mean i do not receive stat and skill adjustments on these items?>>

You still get the stat bonuses, of course, so it's perfectly ok to keep wearing gray accessories (i.e., things that do not have an AC rating or a DPS). However, gray weapons will not hit as hard as higher level weapons, and gray armor won't have the protective qualities that higher level armor has, so the increase in stats is probably not worth the lesser AC or DPS.
