Well if you have a bard/druid/mana mentalist bot then mana chanter will be best for solo cause you buff up pet send it to a group of 4-6 yellow/orange mobs hit it with the mana line pet damage shield, bring it back to you, heal pet while it's being beat on adn when mobs are around 1/2 or 2/3 down on health you step in and pbae the whole group to death. The mana spec is also good for rvr with using pbae to kill mass albs/mids especially if you can get in tower at amg and just pbae while they running through gate. On the other hand if you're by yourself and no bot I made a /level enchatner with 30 enchantment spec and my pet just mows through mobs yellow/orange 1 at a time like butter. You just hit it with the enchantment line buffs, spec damage shield and let it do it's work while throwing in a spec dd when you feel like it. It's really all up to you though.

Also for the mana ment and pve a bard/mana ment bot would be better cause the focus shield eats mana and the power regen is great. Without a bot though pve is kind of slow doing it the focus shield way with mana spec.
