Gain valorium rings of gallantry for the fingers. Rec 46 to 60. They will grow with you and not much beats them.

Ear, bloodmetal earring (check my magelo in sig).

Get those 3 for now. You will not upgrade them for a long long long time.

As a ranger, dexterity is really going to be your most important stat as you get to the point where your damage is going to be done primarily with your bow as opposed to melee. Aside from your bow and offhand weap, you don't have a single item giving you dex stats. If I were you, I would sacrifice some of the strength items you have for dexterity items. With halfway decent shammy buffs, your strength should be over 200 anyway, even if your unbuffed strength is less than 150.

Here is my profile, though the stats lie a bit. The assume that I have stats on my charm, which I do not, as of yet. I have neither planar flags nor the proper amount of LDoN points to get stats from my charm.

I really don't know what I paid for a lot of this stuff, but I know it was more than 28K. But looking at the prices now, here is what you could reasonably buy on Tribunal:

Iron Amulet of Unseen Horrors: <2K

Shissar Scaled Boots: 900p

Shissar Scaled BP is 7K

Acrylia Studded Cloak: 1K

My rings are beyond your budget, but two decent DEX rings are Diamond Wedding Band: 1500p
Sea Worn Ring: 4000p or a few hours camping the Lady Dirulia in Dulak to get the captain to spawn. My druid husband and I got several there.

Knotted Belt of the Ravenous: 1K

Platinum Star Ruby Veil: 300p

Executioners Hood: 900p

Bracer of Agitation: 1K

Fire Emerald Electrum Bracelet: 250p

My earrings are also beyond your means, but here are two I would recommend that would fit your budget.
Soulshard: 3500p
Vah Shir Claw Earring: 1500p

All of the above, including headband and BP, would run you roughly 25K on Tribunal. Prices on your server, of course, will vary. Use what is leftover and buy yourself a stack of Justice Fruit Pies and Qeynos Afternoon Tea. In fact, forage the justice fruit yourself in PoJ and get a master baker to make them for you. Those two items alone will boost your DEX by 20 points and with judicious forcefeeding, will last you a VERY long time.

All in all, the items I have recommended, except for the food, will boost your dex 90pts and will decrease your str by 41pts. This will give you an overall dex of 201 pts and str of 153 pts. Add the food onto that and you have 221 dex. These are very acceptable stats for a ranger, and can easily be maxed out with the proper shammy buffs. I know; my STR is only 164 and gets maxed out all the time when I am grouped with a shammy.

I would hold off on any DEX gear purchase until you have actually purchased EQ and at least AM2. At 52 that is still a fair distance away. I would advise STA/HP as your major focus.

NECK: get 2 friends and do the 4th Qeynos Badge; get 6 friends (average level 60) and get the 5th.
WRISTS: Bracelet of Fortitude/Silver Chitin Wristband
BELT: Belt of the Great Turtle/Shai Din Assassin Belt (for DEX)
FEET: Kingly Boots of Splendour/Barbed Dragonscale Boots
LEGS: Links of Hardened Clay/Tae Ew Legs
SHOULDERS: Dragonwing Mantles/Barbed Dragonscale Pauldrons

Yes, you are going to lose STR with these suggestions but you will gain survivability. However your STR will basically stay static when you ding Storm Strength next level.
Not sure of what the prices are likes for the items I have suggested on your server. Some like the Barbed Dragonscale Boots have dropped considerably on Bertox. Rather than spend plat, why not convince your friends to XP in Veksar? The Kylong Darkmetal Armour drops would be significant upgrades for almost all your slots and would not cost a plat!
