Askiing for Guild suggestions...Follow

I am looking for a Guild. Currently I am level 17 and have decided I prefer anti-PK on Rollos Zek. Having had one taste of a Guild I think I have a better idea what would compliment myself.

Though I have no desire to just go out and kill another player innocently I also have no desire to be a victim of stupidity. That being said I would love some suggestions regarding various guilds that have a strong mid to upper level following that sticks together in a fight and also does not run when a PK attacks. When a person is innocently attacked without provocation then self perservation should prevail at all cost. So I am looking for a Guild that follows that same train of thought.
