6 for Baron I believe. Or baroness, as it were.

Level 51 and 6 AA's in General for your first title. (needed to access archtype)
Level 55 and 12 AA's in Archtype for your second title. (needed to access class)
Level 59 and 24 AA's in Class for your final title.
