Was lucky enough to get the Blacksmith and Rotting Shopkeeper a few minutes ago. Pretty easy kill even after My necro died due to an add and an HT before slow landed and he couldnt get a lifetap off. Oh well =) friend is happy that the staff dropped for her.
The Trip I had a trip in Veksar with a friend there, as we were getting to the hands/nobles/remains camp, i saw that the undying blacksmith was up so i decided to risk it.
The Pull If you want to get it single, you are gonna have to get the others first. First Step. Go in the upper room and get players ready for the pull. Second Step. Send the puller down to get the first mob. The first one to pull is the one closest to the lower steps. Third Step. Pull the middle mob, kill it, of course... Get buffed and pull the Place Holder or the Undying Blacksmith.

After going through the underwater tunnel, go into the next room and make a left. After entering this room turn left, in the far left corner of that room is a staircase. (Sorry did not pay attention to compass directions but it is the only other way out of the room.)
Go up the staircase and when you emerge you will see golems about the place. All the golems are static spawns with the exception of one roamer here. We killed several of the golems going through here to get through but I am told they do not see invis. NOTE THEY ARE ALIVE NOT UNDEAD so they will see through invis to undead.
In this room with the golems, turn right and keep the wall on your right. You will turn a right corner by doing this and there is a staircase on your right. Go past the staircase and to the next door on the right.
In this room you will see shopkeepers, store clerks and ph for rotting a rotting shopkeeper which is a revenant. Clear this room and go up the stairs here.
There are four spawns in the room at the top. The wraith is the ph for the undying blacksmith. Also, if you go up the staircase in this room there are no spawns up there. Not sure if it could be considered a safe hall at this time but thought I'd throw that in there FYI.
Only 3 spawns in the room at the top, not 4. The one in the back is the Undying Blacksmith or Wraith PH.
And yes the Room above the blacksmith is a safe room. The only trouble you will run into is if a raid force is there to take on Garudon. His AoE breath will hit you up there, so be careful.
The room is safe to pull the mobs to and fight upstairs. We pulled there for a bit last night with only one problem. Apparently the room is very close to where the dragon spawns in this zone. So if u see or hear a raid going after the dragon, get out of this room. Unfortunately we didnt realize what was happening as we were in combat and ended up getting wiped. Though the raid force was kind enough to get us all rezz'ed up and apologized for not knowing we were in harms way.
