I like to level around the Gnoll cave area in Merry-By-Water. Well, apparently they nerfed the respawn of those creatures, they don't respawn right after death like they usually do. What's up with that?

#Anonymous, Posted: May 04 2003 at 8:49 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Can u guys update something like when a dark elf is killin all of ur guards u can get a group of ppl and attempt to kill it? This one level 40 Dark Elf came into Tethelin and started killing every guard in sight and didnt even loot them so then he says,"There, your pathetic guards are lying dead all over Tethelin" and I just can't let that pass. I want revenge over that dark elf but I can't attack him nor any other player in EQOA. So why not do this. Make it so every race can go against Trolls and Dark Elves. That would be awesome.

That wouldn't be "awesome" "dude" that would be escalation! Your suggestions just adds to making more grief and more tension that you seem to be feeling now. When a player raids a city and kills NPC's who does it hurt, not you. Did you loot the dead guards, or no? I am a Delf, and Neriak gets raided all the time. I throw heals onto the raiders and they let me have a lot of the loot, I even show them some of the best NPC's to hunt deep in Neriak behind a secret.... never mind you will never know. You don't seem to get it, this is a game for fun and laughs, not "Revenge" and race wars. You really sound as if you need to "let it pass". You'll have your chance to do the same thing some day, but on NPC's. Your desire for payback on a player and that players race, is not in the spirit that this game has been designed for. So don't start trouble where there was no trouble to begin with, and that player was obviously leaving the loot for whoever wanted it.
