It has come to my attention that some players are submiting screenshots to me, in a bmp format.

Please Note, these pics have not been ignored, simply put, i have not got them.

Please send/resubmit all pics/screenshots in jpg.

How to automatically make your screenshots jpg's when your take them in game.

While in game, Click O this opens the Options window, then click on Graphics on the top left hand corner, now scroll down the list to where you see Save screenshot as: click on Jpgs.

That's it, i can pretty much take any pics in jpg format, please keep the pics/screenshots under 900KB & all e-mails under 2MB's.

To Take screenshots while in game, use the Print Screen button on your keyboard.

You will find your screenshots taken in game in, in the C:\Program Files\StarWarsGalaxies Folder.
