Crowfall Reveals Hunger Dome Game Mode

After a successful Kickstarter campaign and a thousand backers prepared to enter Crowfall's pre-alpha testing phase, ArtCraft surprised players with the announcement that a PvP team game mode, Hunger Dome, will be the focus of the initial pre-alpha test. In Hunger Dome matches, teams participate in a single-elimination deathmatch, scavenging for weapons and armor as the map is consumed by the devouring maelstrom called "the Hunger".

Crowfall to Use Voxel Farm Technology

ArtCraft Entertainment has announced that Crowfall will be using the Voxel Farm technology platform. While the game will be using voxels, the latest FAQ describes them as being "much, much smaller... so small, in fact, that you can't see them." All Crowfall worlds will be utilizing voxel tech; in the Campaign Worlds, this allows for a fully destructible world, while in the Eternal Kingdoms it opens up a world of possibility via player customization.

World of Artcraft: Class Accessories

The latest in a string of Artcraft blogs by World of Warcraft artists shows that new 'class accessories' are being worked on, which will allow players to greater customize the appearance of their characters. While still in the concept phase, the idea is a good one and the initial designs look promising.
