I don't really know where to ask but i'm sure this will either get flamed or work. Whatever so here we go.
I need a guide to preferably every profession, maybe some people have links, if you do could you link them for me in here so i can check them out? I'll see if i can't cross them off the list when i get them. Thanks!

Well i think the best way to find them is to typ: www.google.com and then search:
wow guides 1-300 [proffesion]
works for me, yesterday i did the search in order to upgrade my long neglected BS --> first hit
The second (and most obvious) way is to click "guides.." at the left bottum of this screen and find out that this: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/guides.html
...is the result.

As far as I can tell, there are two types of guides: Levelling guides, and explanatory guides. Their purpose is different - the former describes how to get to the highest level in a profession, while the latter explains what a profession does and how it's used.
As far as I can tell, levelling guides are a dime a dozen, and unnecessary.
Explanatory guides, on the other hand, are few and far between.
