Just started playing again yesterday. Was wondering if theres mining over 300 now and where is the trainer.. Outlands?

Yes. When you first get into Outland, you will take a flight from the Dark Portal to either Honor Hold (Alliance) or Thrallmar (Horde). In that town, you will find a trainer for NEARLY every profession. I know the Alliance first aid trainer is in the Temple of Tel'hamat, which is the other quest hub in the zone, so I'm going to assume that Horde need to go to Falcon Watch.
