im looking to get a stat boost added to the lvl 40 bracer you get from the CTF battle ground
im thinking either str or sta (im a rogue) the question is im not sure what i can get.. can i get the +7 or the +9 at this point? I'm a lvl 41 rogue, not sure what determines how powerfull an enchantment you can get
also how much should i expect to pay for such an enchantment (the 7 and the 9) Im on uldum

+9 str to bracers requires 6x greater eternal essences and 6x illusion dust. on my server, there about 5g per essence and 85s per dust. about 35g total.
+7 is 2 dream dust and 1 nether essence. that's just under 5g total.
+5 str to bracers is only 1 vision dust, which i believe is < 1g.
