I did this in a few hours, I did it all at level 56 and 57. I would recommend being at least level 50-52 for this.

Powerleveling Skinning

First of all you need to go learn Apprentice Skinning. Costs 9C.
Ask a guard anywhere inside Stormwind, Ironforge or Darnusus for directions.

Elywnn Forest - 0 to 75
Boars at Stonefield Farm.

Go to the Stormwind trainer to learn Journeyman Skinning. Costs 4S 50C.
Ask a guard anywhere inside Stormwind for directions.

Loch Modan - 75 to 110
Bears at Grizzlepaw Ridge
Boars between Grizzlepaw Ridge and Ironband's Excavation Site.

Wetlands - 110 to 150
Raptors at Black Channel Marsh and Whelgar's Excavation Site.

Go to the Ironforge trainer to learn Expert Skinning. Costs 45S.
Ask a guard anywhere inside Ironforge for directions.

Hillsbrad Foothills - 150 to 160
Lions and Bears outside of the Yeti Cave directly north of Southshore.

Hillsbrad Foothills - 160 to 200
Yetis just outside the Cave entrance and inside of the Cave.

Go to the Ironforge or Stormwind trainer to learn Artisan Skinning. Costs 4G 50S.
Ask a guard anywhere inside Ironforge or Stormwind for directions.

Stranglethorn Vale - 200 to 220
Lions, Panthers, Raptors and Gorillas around Nessingwary's Expedition.

Stranglethorn Vale - 220 to 270

Raptors, Gorillas, Tigers and Crocs around the Arena.

Stranglethorn Vale - 270 to 300
Jagueros and Gorillas at Jaguero Island, the large Island south-east of Booty Bay.
(I went to Silithus to level from 270-300 because I had quests there and mobs that needed to be killed that can be skinned)

Congratulations you are now a level 300 Skinner!

I don't know how to submit the guide to going to the guide list, can someone explain how you do that please.

Cheers!

The site FAQ exists for a reason...

Quote:
Q: How do I submit information to the site, and do you have any submission preferences.

A: All information, images, and corrections can be e-mailed to darkflame@allakhazam.com. With the large amount of submissions it can often take sometimes up to two weeks or so before something gets posted. To speed up the process, please crop screenshots and convert them to either jpg, png, or gif format, with a pixel width no larger than 600. Please label them as the item or mob name without spaces or apostrophes. i.e An_Ugly_Mob.jpg or OneAwesomeDagger.png. We get several submissions for the same thing a lot and the one that is first received and easy to add will be put up first. Also, if you want, you can list your guild or your name on the submission image. Example here.

As you lv and play the game more you notice areas that are more populated than others. I would add to any skinning guide, go to these areas, like the river banks of duskwood and simply follow someone grinding on wovles who isn't skinning.

The stretch of redridge that has boars and whelps.

The turtles off the coast of tanaris.

The Yeti's near everlook in Winterspring.

People grind these areas all the time.

I also wouldn't consider this a true guide unless it covered all races and factions. The guide as it sits now is really only for humans at low levels. Dwarves and gnomes usually run around Dun Morogh until Level 10, rather than Elwynn Forest. Elves can't get to Elwynn Forest at all, unless they can get a friendly mage to port them there. Now, about Horde...

Not to be contrary, but I thought the "powerlevelling" part assumed you were already high level and wanted to level skinning. Any other levelling of skinning as you go along can be done by a slightly intelligent Jack Russel Terrier.
