How do you usually price your enchants?Follow

I'm getting to the point where I can start selling my enchants for money rather than just giving them away for the skill up :p, so I thought I'd get some advice on selling them.

Taking into account the price of materials, how much do you usually charge to make profit?

What are acceptable prices for certain ranges of stats, and what's just asking too much?

Thanks for your help in advance.

It really depends on a few different things:

1) How much I paid for the formula.
2) How much rep I had to grind to get the formula.
3) How long I had to farm to get the formula.

Usually I'll go to the auction house and look up what the mats would cost the customer if s/he bought them there. Then I tack on a markup relative to the rarity of the enchant they want.

Be prepared, people will complain about enchant prices and often do. If someone is being irritating, just tell them to go elsewhere and find some other sucker who actually needs a skillup point.

Auctioneer has an option called "Barker" which displays the current (as of the latest AG scan) mat prices, and adds a 10% charge on top of those.

Hi Dreyviin,

Now this is just what I tend to do, and I am not a very experienced Enchanter, so take it as you want.

I like to vary my prices depending on how the player acts. If he acts "desperate" and a bit rude, i raise my prices a bit, as if someone whispers you "fiery enchant how much?!". If the person seems calm and acts polite, i like to lower my prices.

Just a tip, good luck selling!

EDIT: I just noted i was a bit late to post, so you'll probably miss me:)
