Sorry if this is covered somewhere, but I can't seem to find the trainer that teaches it, or find info here on the site. Anyone know offhand?

I am confused, search comes up with nothing when I use "Enchant Boots" or "Minor Speed". Nor does it show up in the list of Enchanting recipes.

However, knowing that WoWwiki.com has a good list of enchants by slot, I browsed over there and found the enchantment in question and used the links to find this page: Enchant Boots - Minor Speed on Allakhazam.

Having gone through all that, I still haven't determined where you get the recipe on this website.

So I went to Thottbot and it looks like you can learn it from the Uldaman enchanting trainer OR maybe Hgarth in Stonetalon OR Kitta Firewind in Elwynn Forest.

Ok in the comments for Hgarth, someone lists this recipe as one he teaches. Same with Kitta Firewind. There's your answer finally.

Thanks much^^ I may have to wander into Alliance territory and see if it's there.
I know it's not at Stonetallon-just finished training there :)
I'm not going to head to the other, can't break the 225 cap there until I'm 30 or 35 (I'm not sure which, I'm WoW n00b :P).
Thanks much for the time you put into looking! :)

Are you at 225 Enchanting, yet? It requires 225 to learn.

And you have to level 35 to learn Artisan skill level.

Yes, I'm capped at 225 atm. Spent the last 2 weeks farming to skill it up as opposed to actually leveling and questing, lol. I should be doing that WR thing everyone keeps sending me tells about anyway!
Just seemed like that enchant would be cool to have in my book!
I guess I'll just wait till I can uncap, and buy it from that NPC.

It's an allright enchant I guess, the only people I've ever had request it are those who do alot of BGs in the brackets before mounts are available. Otherwise, most people go for stats.

It's a fantastic PVP Enchant that makes all the difference in kiting situations...until you can wear the AB boots, that is. It doesn't stack with them.

Personally, I can't tell much of a difference with the boots on or off. I prefer stats, while my rogue friend does like the speed more for stealthing.

I got it in the Tower of Azora, if I remember correctly.

Yup, Kitta teaches it. Just learned from her today. Now another six levels before the quest of doom can begin...
