Tribal and Elemental leatherworkingFollow

#1 Dec 04 2006 at 1:40 PM Rating: Decent
My character is a Tauren Druid (Balance), and is close to being able to choose what form of Leatherworking to go for. I'm thinking of either Tribal/Elemental, as although the end game is all about making money, I still like making armour for myself. Can anybody tell me the pros/cons of Tribal and Elemental, please?

From what I've heard, no one wants to buy ele armour because ... well ... it sucks. Dragonscale's overdone, so the market is saturated, therefore, Tribal would be the only option.

I will respond in regards to the Tribal specialization, as that was the route I took with my Hunter.

There are a few things that you can sell for profit:

1. Devilsaur stuff
2. Ironfeather stuff
3. Hide of the Wild

Hide of the Wild was my biggest money maker, but required extensive farming to craft one. Although, you can also offer to craft it for tips if someone provides the mats. It's also a fairly expensive pattern, unless you plan on turning in a shackle key and looting it from DM North (provided you're lucky).

Been awhile since I played him, so I might be forgetting a few patterns.
