If your sig is up to date, you wont be able to find much at your level I dont think. When you get to level 12 you can quest in the barrens, there are a lot of humanoids there drop linen (especially kolkars) and at around 18 I think they will start to drop wool. Once you are in the barrens killing humanoids you will have no trouble leveling your first aid.

Aside from the barrens just look for any humanoids, all drop cloth I think. It would help to be sure of your level, and know where abouts you are questing at the moment, assuming this hasn't already helped you enough.

In Durotar, you have Kolkars, Harpies, Burning Blades, Kul Tiras, and Razormanes. All of them drop cloth.

I would suggest using the search bar at the left - type in the cloth you want to find, and from the mobs listed, pick an area that you are comfortable farming in.

Next to UC there are a lot of humanoids that you can just farm with stealth, pick pocket (once u hit lvl 10) and backstab. Just saying but watch out and don't hit me OR I WILL RAPE YOU!!! J/k but in reference don't hit the ally going to SM

If you level up to about 14 - 16 area, you can do RFC. Lots of linen cloth in there. Also, check the AH.

If you are looking for cloth then fight humanoids. The higher the level, the better the type of cloth they can drop.

Some of the water-type humanoids don't drop cloth.

If you are doing the normal quests for your race, you should accumulate enough linen to get your first aid skill up without spending time looking for it. If you aren't doing the quest chains then just grind on some sort of humanoids for a while.

hmmm, if I remember correctly I think I got a good supply of linen doing the quests for an undead character I started out with. Most of the early quests around Brill have you killing zombies and then some humans, which drop linen.
