Need help, question about armorsmithing

Hi all,

I am a level 270 armorsmith. Where do I go to get more training? Grumnus Steelshaper in IF has nothing when I ask for more training. I am part of the Mithril Order now. Is that why he won't train me anymore?

After about 250 in all tradeskills the trainers have little to nothing to teach you. Instead you have to seek further recipes from drops, the AH or Factions through rep.

For instance if you gather enough rep with the Thorium Brotherhood http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=12944 can teach you new items.

So farm rep, money or mobs with teh drops you want. If you check the menu to the left under Trade - By Trade and scroll down you will find the various Armoursmithing recipes and where to learn them.

Good luck with it, I would recommend doing the Throrium brotherhood imperial plate quests, not much effort but a lot of thorium.

Thank you for the advice! I am only a lvl 46, so there are many I cannot pursue yet, but I will note them for when I hit 60.

I thought after having to choose between armor and weapons, there would be a plethora of recipes offered to me. I do buy them at every chance I get.

Have you done all the blacksmithing quests? I remember getting more recipes from a guy in Booty Bay and another in Tanaris, questing involved finding someone hidden in the middle of nowhere in STV (well, quite close to the ZG gates when they finally opened!). Check the Quests - By Tradeskill link in the box to the left here.
