Fishing 217..plz helpFollow

Ok. I hope that i'm not making a repeat post. but i sat and scanned through posts for about an hour but eveyrbody is looking for help with fishing at 150. I need to know where to go to get fish at 217 where they wont get away!. I have bait that increasts my fishing by 100, but when i use them i dont lvl my fishing. where can i go to lvl my fishinig to 225?

The level of the fishing zone does not determine whether or not you gain a skill. However, as your fishing level increases, you need to catch more fish for a skill-up. At your level, you should consider Steamwheedle in Tanaris. The stonescale eels and clams (for pearls) can provide a little income while you are gaining skill. At 217, you will probably get a skill-up every 4~6 catches. (I don't remember the exact number) You will likely be at 225 within half an hour of steady fishing.

Tanaris to get fishing up to level 225. But be warned: you will receive a lot of your fish got away at that low fishing level.

I tried fishing in the Hinterlands near the Horde outpost. If you're alliance, there are islands further down the beach. The fish were mostly low level (had to vendor most of it) but I did get my fishing level up to 225. At least till you can get the quest to max your skill at 300.
