Relearned BS. Have Questions.Follow

I was previously a weaponsmith, swordsmith to be exact, and I releveld to learn armorsmithing. I previously did all the quest to get plans such as Ornate Mithril items and Imperial Plate items. I lost these plans when i releveled. I am currentyly at 242. Will they reappear when I reach appropiate level? Or is there any way to relearn them......or am i screwed?

Oh well it was just for the fact of knowig whether or not i could do it. Thank god those plans really don't mean much.
