Gnomish Death RayFollow

Hi guys im a gnome engineer and was wondering, has the Gnome Death Ray been nerfed since the last patch update? Can you still get criticals to go off anywhere from 4-6 k dmg?


Also does my engineering lvl affect the amount of dmg this trinket does? Like will 300 engineering do more dmg then having 240?
