Hey all
At the moment I have a level 27 human warrior with the Skinning and Enchanting proffession (only to DE items)
I am wondering if i should drop DE and pick up mining and make an alt to DE my items

No, don't. Unless you genuinely enjoy enchanting the grind to 300 can suck the fun out of the game. Most Ãœber enchants require a lot of money or a lot of grinding, if you are only interested in DE this will be tricky to motivate yourself. I think you have the right idea, a DE alt can do most of the work for you and mining brings in very good money at lower levels. I would consider, though, once you are level 40+ and have access to higher level areas, dropping mining and starting herbalism, higher level herbs tend to sell better than higher level metals. People are always needing potions.

i am defently keeping skinning as at the moment i am almost the right level to always skin Heavy Leather which sells for a whopping 1-2g a stack on my realm! so il get an alt and level him to lv 5, unlearn Enchanting and get Mining and im pretty much set?

Yep - that's what I would do. Drop enchanting and pick up either mining or herbalism, and start up an alt, train them enchanting, and park them in front of the mailbox all day.
Also, there's a mod out called Enchantrix that might help you - what it does is tells you the chance an item will have to DE into a certain thing, and what the DE'd value would be. That way, you know whether to DE an item or sell it.
