Looking for some advice/suggestions on which path to take??

Dragonscale is looking good, but would like to know what is the best selling? which is best for hunters? and which is easiest to lvl to 300?

As a hunter, I suggest you go with Dragonscale Leatherworking. This will help you most when you reach level 60. Also, there is no easiest to level to 300. All three allow you to learn many of the same patterns from the trainer that you can make all the way up to 300. You can even level your leatherworking up to 300 without choosing a specific type first.
