Perhaps you should have posted "Stop Posting Requests for Goldmaking Tips"?

Of course, it won't change anything- people will continue to post them. It's part of a forum. People post what they want to post- sometimes without looking at the rest of the page or the stickies to see if it's been posted already.

So are you going to tell me howz to make the phat lewtz or not? Still joking of course.

BTW, the choice of title is more than likely to appeal to the desires of those who are planning to post a question on how to make money, all caps makes it easier to spot as well.

I agree with this. I am all for people posting ways to make lots of money. There was one posted here a couple weeks ago that I have used and made hundreds of gold off of so that type of thing is always welcome, just stop the request threads.

That's only one way, and it's not the only way.

1. THREE (not two) gathering professions - add Fishing.
2. Day trading (buy low, sell high at the AH)
3. Disenchanting
4. Farming blues/greens by soloing instances.

By saying your way is the summation of all ways to make gold, you've limited the options of new players who come here for complete answers.

Sticky this so its stuck at the top. Then people who are to lazy to look for a guide will then look in here leading them to the answer the originally wanted. There is posts all over this forum on how to make gold and it does get old seeing the same questions over and over when the answer is right infront of your face.

No idea why people still make a fuss of this. By the time you tell them to read the sticky, it's too late. I post mostly in forum=28 and the sticky there in no way prevents all the ffxi and wow posts.
