A little further down you see a post called "Does no one help uncondiionally anymore" (or something close).

When I first saw it my immediate reaction was.. NOPE!

Until last night.

After set, a few of us went down to Gustav to see if we could get Wyvernpoacher for my Obow. A WHM in our LS was getting a Testi for maat and stuck around while we waited for the POP.

After awhile our PLD had to go and warped back. it was midnight and we had work/school in the AM so we agreed to call it off. I was about to active my warp scroll, the WHM was already into casting Tele..and POP!

We were down to a DRK, WHM, RNG, but we all cancelled out of what we were doing and attacked the mob. Of course we got links. Of course we were out matched. But hey we were trying.

Along comes Randomw party..who immediately join up and help us take them out. Low and behold everyone passes and I get my OBow!

2 seconds and we'd have never seen it. 20 seconds more and we'd all have been dead.

So I want to say thanks to Rodin, Patswin, Unctgtg for sitting through nearly 2 insanely boring hours while we waited and to Nela, Alyssafawn, Frankthetank, and everyone else in the party that helped us out with this. I'm sorry I don't remember all of your names.

To me this is the best answer to the question 'don't people help unconditionally anymore'....yes. Yes they do!

I was in that pt with Yunyew, Nela, and Foxee (aside from the other 2 chu both mentioned). Grats on getting the OBow, I'm glad to have helped.

Edit: Funny how the ones remembered were the ones that just joined our party. ;_;
