My wife and I are returning to the game after about a 3 year hiatus. We left the game between Treasures and WotG expansions, and we just got back into it because of a combination of A) lack of interest for other MMO's B) a desire to return to FFXI and C) an increase in available time to play.
I'm curious if there are any middle-of-the-road LS's out there that are willing to take new (old) players. We both have new accounts (did not reactivate/use old accounts) so we're starting from scratch, but we're both very familiar with the game...so progress will come fast. The best way I can describe our playstyle is that we're fairly hardcore without dedicating hardcore time like we did before we were parents. Also, a fairly mature crowd would be nice, too.
I used to play on Asura, had a 75 Blm and 75 War, and co-organized/ran a Dynamis LS that was a branch of a larger main LS. I'm very familiar with the content up until Treasures. I'm partially familiar with some of Treasures, and am reading up daily on what WotG will have to offer once we're of appropriate level. I've played many jobs (had 6-7 others around 40-50 before I left), my wife is/was a very good healer (I say is/was to cover my bases in case she reads this, but let's face it...it's been a while
). So that's a little background. So yea, if there's any LS's that are mature and middle-of-the-road (ie. regularily do events, but don't push the enveloper or have absurd requirements...while covering all types of expansion content) it'd be great to get back in a LS. It's awful quiet in FFXI these days without LS chatter in the background. Thanks!
