Palin even thou you are taru ,but you do amazing damage as much as Elvaan (sorry about death on bomb toss 721 Damage)

dude pt with rangers they give 300 exp per kill monk damage is only good on EM-T but weaker mob- less exp

MNKs are awesome and when i play as one again im gonna be stuck as that for a while i just know it.

lol, reading about that makes me want to go xp on my monk more!

what game are you playing? im a 73 mnk ive pt with rng war thf sams drgs blms smn i have a 60 thf 51 drg myself. mnks hold their own when it comes DOT we are not far behind RNGs and BLMs no joke. im still waiting to see how good mnk gets with endgame gear. haste up and STR ups 300exp per pop range? pfft go shoot from a distance leep yourself save snipper man ill run into the thick of it and punch kick headbutt who ever we are fighting. something new in this update when did range start popping 300 exp per kill? first mob gives 200 exp max doesnt it or was it 250? then chain 300 or 280 what ever. i wonder... mnk in top gear rng in top gear both just standing there /a no other ws or abilities no subs no buffs who would fall first? can your RNG solo DS? i can i soloed him @70

i kinda dont like the idea of monks not have a range weapon cant use sleep bolts blodys etc.. makes it harder to solo then agian mon k with a cross bow would look pretty silly...

Monks Rock! Don't knock if you haven't tried it. Find a 50+ Monk and ask him if he likes the job.

First of all Dark Spark is not a good judge of anything. Any job 74+/nin can solo him, and a bunch of jobs 65+ with any sub can. (I owned him in about 5 seconds with raging rush icarus wing raging rush skillchain as 75war/nin)

My mnk is currently 63, I am in a static party with a good Ranger who runs a parser. MNK outdamages RNG any day of the week, RNG weapon skills are stronger at this level (wait til i get asuran fists).
Having said that, each job has their own strengths. No job can equal the damage RNG can put out in 10 seconds flat.
