Detroit is out of bankruptcy, silly. That was Snyder's big accomplishment, right up until he gave a bunch of children lead poisoning to save a couple bucks.

Well, the problem is that the body that was supposed to step in when the local government failed is the one that gave the town lead poisoning...
Flint went bankrupt.
Snyder sends in the State appointed manager to replace the Local level stuff.
They switch from buying water from Detroit to getting it from the Flint River.
Water turns out to be a bit corrosive (at least, more so than normal)
Water leeches lead from existing pipes, causing lead levels to increase
State officials deny the issue until it's too late. Possibly because at the time of the complaints, the whole "state appointed managers" thing was a big fight. And people mainly assumed the complaints were nothing more than Brouhaha from the people opposed to the idea.

We got like 30 inches of snow and it was in Arkansas the majority of people died due to the storm.

The criminal charges here are that they used fraudulent IDs when setting up their fake company with an intent to cause harm (a felony) and misdemeanor charges of soliciting to purchase tissues based on emails he sent PP offering $1,600 for fetal tissue. Which, of course, is pretty ironic. Maximum penalties of something like 20 years.
The bits about the doctored videos will be covered in the lawsuit Planned Parenthood itself is presenting.
Their defense that "buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well" is moronic. If I walk up to a cop and ask him to sell me some cocaine, I don't get to evade arrest buy saying "But there had to be a seller as well! Why not arrest him!" Planned Parenthood never had the fetal tissue available "for sale".
