Aegis was asking too many questions about it yesterday so I booted him. Myself, Aadyn and Johnnny/Billian all chuckled. I then promptly reinvited Aegis back in.
I am going to go back on later and fix it back up. My problem was that people were promoting and demoting and doing all types of stuff and it was just getting sloppy. So I just took away to demote/promote for a while for most ranks and saw how things went.

Bhodi, where is this guide that you've wrote? I'm bored and need something to read.
Depends I have a BG guide which covers tactics in WSG and AB. Decent enough but having working knowledge of WSG and AB help otherwise its like reading Greek. (looking for it or it can be found on the guild site)
I also have a Cookie Cutter Warlock Talent Build guide and a Guide to Silithus which is a little out dated since I wrote it before AQ and patch 1.8.

Well as a n00b to WoW, here are my initial observations
Game/graphics/Rp etc. - who gives a toss
Guild Chat - exactly as I expected - silly banter and mindless abuse 4tehWin
Guild behaviour - Generous, helpful and supportive.
I still have no clue what I'm doing, but it's fun.
The Noblet has rolled a couple of toons that have outlevelled me already, but the guild ain't a homely place for him

Lowest rank in guild has the title of Guild Leader. Probably cause no one wants the position. Hurray for customizable guild UI!

Well if you invited Nobby's character would you make him an Allafemme? A Token Pubbie? All ranks are pretty much the same (except Guild Leader) they all have invite options access to officer chat etc.
I will log on later tonight, maybe do some fiddling around, reinstate some options when it comes to demoting etc. It is no big deal.

1)In guild control I can change what each rank can or cannot do. I can also change rank names.
2)When I made a custom rank such as "Allafemmes" it goes below "Initiate" on the rank scales. That is why I have to demote people to those ranks.
IE
Guild leader - Princess
Officer - Elitist Jerk
Member - Sage
Initiate - Sub Default
Allafemmes
Who?
Token Pubbie etc
3) People can't promote higher than there own rank. So femmes cant promote to higher than Who?
