I was going to make a "Good Bye" post at 10,000. At this rate it will happen before 9,000.

I'm formulating a two page term paper for my Anthro class. While two pages isn't much to type, it's also not much space to provide information. You guys could all start talking about evolutionary psychology and the reason men and women are different. That would be great!

I never said the paper was difficult. As fas as topics are concerned, "Why are men and women are different?", seems to be more interesting than say, Mr Show.

How many goodbye threads have you written? I seem to remember at least one before.

Well, on unrelated news, I've been having a not very good week.

1. Two family members have passed away (old age) so I will be attending back to back funerals.

2. I burned my hand while making hot tea this morning.

3. My car got a flat tire this morning too.

4. While inspecting said flat tire, I looked down and my bra strap snapped and I am braless. While that may perk up you fellas, I am not feeling perky myself.

Sometimes, it just does not pay to get out of bed in the morning.

Edit: The word "not" eludes me.

Sorry to hear about your passing relatives Thumb Smiley: frown .

I just finally started feeling better from a really bad stomach virus when my husband decided to mimick me. Fortunately his is not as bad but I've been trying to pamper him. School vacation is done and my son is back to school, along with starting up swim and gym lessons. Husband and I now have the moving itch and we want to move now. Unfortunately we have a lot to do to the house before we can get going. First we have to get our finances in order and fix up the place a bit. Spring time will be heavy duty hauling and clearing out unneccesaries. My sons birthday is coming up, so Im starting to plan his party. He has to have it at Chuck E Cheese and he has to invite all his classmates, plus his playgroup friends. Yay. Oh yeah, and I just found out this weekend I'm going to be a great aunt. I'm way to freaking young to be a great aunt

This place has for the time being lost most of its allure for me, so I've been spending more time over on the IMDB forums and trying to get myself into a frame of mind suitable for writing.

Stay away from ladders and black cats, too. Sounds like you're having a bad enough day of it as-is.

The IMDB forums make the FFXI forums here seem almost genious.

Well, yeah, every board has their share of spammers, trolls and clingons...I stay in Film General and Shop Talk Writers. I hear the Sandbox is pretty bad. But I do what I can to help with the abuse reporting. Smiley: grin
