only problem is i don't have many high lvl friends
and shouting in jeuno dosen't get any help
i have the offering already just need help with the NM

Hmm, I would say your best bet would be to find a good LS. The carby mitts NM isnt bad at all to a party of 65+, but it would be death on wheels for a lvl 50. The NM does this wierd fake buncle pop + astral flow that all happens in less than 2 seconds and hits everything within a mile. You will die if you try this at 50.
I did a run with about a dozen people a month or so back. Some things to remember:
1) Make sure everyone who wants mitts has an offering. We had some tool have to go get his offering halfway through, thus costing us and extra 45min wait.
2) {Bard}+{light carol}, {yes please}.
3) You do NOT need a prelate key to get through the doors to the NM. You can aggro a magic pot from the other side and when it comes through it will open the door for you. So don't waste hours killing tonberry stalkers trying to get that useless key. This works as of about a month ago, but it could have been changed since then.
4) Searing light has a very wide range, so if your a lower lvl mage and you pop the nm, it can very easily 1-shot you.

that trick still works, that's what we did this past week, except we just shot a tonberry through the door lol
Who ever pops it, the seering light can hit everyone in that lil room...so we all ran to the stairs when someone pops it lol

Word of adivce.... The robot thing that walks around that room also aggro magic. So if your planning on opening the door by aggroing a pot and getting him to open it, make sure you time it so you dont aggro the robot NM in the process.
The same goes for the being on the other side of the door. The robot can aggro you from the other side so make sure the casters stay clear of the door once passed

or you can be like me and use archbell windower wireframe mode to see through walls and simply chi blast/use magic on/provoke/ranged attack the nearest tonberry behind the door=)
