Cetranne = Scammer & LiarFollow

I hate these threads, I really do. I don't believe a thread like this should be made unless a person feels its absolutely necessary, and on my side, at the moment, I feel that way. Just for those who may be bias against me already in this thread, Cetranne WAS on my friendlist and thought of her as pretty cool person.

Cetranne invited me to do BCNM40. I would be the tank as a paladin, she would be the Black Mage, Armondo would be our bard, Hiro-something (I dont know the exact spelling was our red mage), Speedly was our Black Mage who acted as a healer until the last few mandies, and Eluria who was our monk.

Only three of us brought orbs, none of who were Cetranne, but we did agree she could quartermaster the drops so we wouldn't have to worry about any problems happening later, and also due to the fact that she was the one who brought us together.

The first time we tried it, we failed because we took too long. But the second and third time we were victorious. Altogether the major drops were Phalanx, Utsusemi Ni, Erase, and some other drops that I heard some of the other party members commenting that they could be like 10-20k.

Two days pass, I think, and I check the AH out of curiousity. I find that Cetranne has sold Erase and Utsusemi Ni for more than 100k under than the usual price. At first I thought she was just real eager to sell them fast and get the gil out.

The next day, I see her on and am surprised not to see the gil waiting for me in my delivery box. I asked her if the stuff sold yet, and she told me 'no, not yet.' Awhile later I see on my friendlist that she made a quickstop in Lower Jeuno, and then some time later was in La Theine. She sends me a /tell 'We got ripped.' I immediately respond 'What do you mean?' She then sends a /tell 'hold on.' A little later she /tells 'I gave Hiro the gil and he left with it.' and then I said 'Why would you do that?'

Now I remembered from the BCNM the other day that she was VERY insistent on the other drops not being in anyone elses hands. She didn't say it right out, but it was obvious she gave the impression she didn't trust anyone.

To cut the story a little short because I know this running long. She and Armondo (the bard) were talking and she told him that she did in fact have the gil; she even threatened to drop the gil. He was trying to get her to split the gil like it was suppose to be done beforehand. She later on /telled me again saying something like she was just joking about Hiro taking the gil and leaving. After that I had to log for work.

Later tonight I log on to see if Armondo was able to talk Cetranne to turn to the light, and he told me he wasn't able and that she still has the gil.

For those that know me in this game, know that I value honesty and caring for one another. This makes me sick because she stole from not just me, but from FOUR other people. Altogether ruffly 2 mil.

I only ask one thing from my fellow FFXI players. Don't trust Cetranne, not for anything.

I heard about this last night. /comfort.

But there's also another thread about Cetranne doing the same thing to another PT. Looks like she went on a scamming rampage. /sigh

I'm not much of an arguing person, and I have a strong belief that everything in this game requires trust. For instance, if you're a whm or blm, would you want a tank that can't keep hate? or vice-versa? Would you ever lend someone gil or an item, if you didn't trust them? Would you help a person out if they've been shady towards you? Most likely the answer is no. Thats what I'm trying to let people know about Cetranne.

When people understand that Cetranne is not trustworthy, her game is as good as dead. A GM wouldn't do this.

2.) THERE IS ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO A STORY
3.) HIROKOTZU HAS THE GIL.

Its funny how she refutes what the first poster says... yet she doesnt refute what I said, and I basically said she made fun of me for believing her and by thinking that she actually had any intention of splitting the gil up among the members... and she doesnt even refute asking me to do bcnm tonight... wow... this person truly is sad.. she said she didnt give gil because we gave her a bad reputation... well she didnt give us gil because she wanted to keep it all if you notice she bought all the Ancient Magic Spells and Warp II after these events occurred... and she didnt have warp II at lvl 40 so that means she had no gil. I'm sorry but you are a liar and a scammer no matter what you say.

Cetranne please don't act like you don't know who started this thread. You know fully well that this is Danyu. The guy you partied with in Qufim. The same guy who at the time was using a BLM with you so we could kill worms in a smaller party. The very same guy who was on your friendlist until this situation occurred. And I'm not calling you a liar, I'm defining you as a liar, because thats what you are. When you make a committment to split gil six ways and instead keep it for yourself. That is a scam, and a lie.

About your number '1'. I don't believe everything I first hear. That's why I had my doubts as soon as you told me that Hiro asked for the gil and left with it.

About your number '2'. There's always as many sides to a story as there are those involved in it, and most of the sides say you're a liar and a scammer, just as I have truthfully put on the topic of this thread.

About your number '3'. Don't blame someone else for your actions.

And let me let you in on a little secret Cetranne.

It's not about whether you did it or not, because word of what someone does wrong on Cerberus travels fast because someone is always a friend of some other friend on another linkshell.

This thread is about people knowing they can't trust you.

I know im still a newb compared to most of the people who posted on this subject, but i thought this might be....interesting...
for the rest of you. I had recently heard a cetranne and the other person, hirokotzu, having a friendly chat in jeno.
maybe theres a little more to this story than just cetranne.....
