New NM in Ghelsba OutpostFollow

Couple evenings ago, my friend Bill was running around on my Mule in Ghelsba Outpost. He is fighting the typical Fodders, Grapplers, and mesmerizers. He then ask me who <random name I can't remember is> amd i look up and see an orc standing next to Vatgit that is a NAMED monster. He conned DC to him when Vatgit was still IT++ so he didn't engauge him. I was making my way there to get some screens when Acrcross came and killed it. Ace said there was no drop nor had he ever seen it before also. Bill has been up there several times since as well as myself with Misty leveling bard, we haven't seen it since. Does anyone know anything about this NM? Anyone else see it. I would have began to think i was crazy if i didn't know Acecross had seen it too. Just strange that it was there at the time and hasn't been seen since. Any thoughts?

It was Mozzfuzz, and it was right after the major maintainance so.... I guess that explains spawning conditions. Interesting, I guess I know where I'm logging before the next downtime, very interesting indeed. Thanks for the info, wish I knew what the hell he was for though, most named mobs are for rank missions, I don't see why this one should be any different. ^^
