Beware of Sheppard and SpoonyFollow

Ok, I have nothing to add to what actually occured and what didn't because both sides will always have their version, so I'm staying way out of it. But what I do want to say is that that spot is definately 2 camps. There is no jungle luxury suite. That place is hell, pure and simple. That spot is excellent for supporting 2 pts, one group behind the wall, one in the ditch. I have yet to play there or farm there when there wasn't 2 pts in that spot. I would find it incredibly selfish for any group to spread their team out across that entire spot. That all being said, I do whatever it takes now to lvl in alternate areas as much as possible, not because of camp stealers, but because of greedy pullers. The goblin trains are easy to avoid there, but noob pullers see a mandy pop and all of sudden khazam is in a state of emergency, everyone pushing the limits of goblin aggro to get that mandy before anyone else. Unlike Notorius monsters, those mandy's pop pretty quick, experienced pt's know this, and hence really desire that particular camp because it is safe from the gobs train that will almost certainly occur on a routine basis. Anyway, my useless 2 cents in the ring, lol. Wow, I'm bored at work

Wow -- I'm impressed. Seriously, seriously impressed. You're alright Sheppard. Not many people would do what you did, and I thank you for that.

As far as what some people in the party I was in said in reference to training: I disbanded and logged off. While I disagreed with what you did, I in absolutely no way condone the threats that were being made against you.

So, we agree to disagree about how many camps that spot can hold. Fine -- I can live with that, and I trust that you can too.

And if your general behaviour on this forum correlates to your typical playstyle, I hope to have the pleasure of partying with you someday.

-Siouxsie

Edit for one more thing: What the hell happened on the airship?

Ok,
I have to make a public apology to Spoony, I checked my Blist and it wasn't Spoony who was the WHM in our party so I retract the post I made right at the top of this thread.

What happened on the airship was Spoony was being a total conceited ***. Bragging about how he is the "only" NA player who knows how to play the game. And that he shouldn't have to party with mages that don't know how to do their jobs.

once again macky, that was the stupidest behaviour on this game ive ever seen, Spoony was a total *** on that airship, and i dont agree with that,

lol and siouxie, the way i play was captured by rob, my bank balance is almost always 0-100g because if i see a n00b out having a hard time, ill go over, ill talk to them, and then, i will actually go buy them a full set of bronze armor...ok almost full, no subligars.......but all i love on this game is helping out.

and as for pting, i look forward to it too.

Sheppard = Cool

Spoony, I've got meh a tale:

Waay back when in Valkrum Dunes ({Run away!}) I was put into a party with a WHM...this...WHM was the most different, strangest, WHM ever. NO Protectra, NO Cure II, NO Poisona, even as far as NO gear made for a WHM (naked with a wand). IF my mind can recall to the most explictness, (I'm sorry if this is wrong), the WHM wanted to tank. I remember that for a fact. Wanted to tank.

WHM: i've got a wand! wand does the special damage like harry potter!

>_> Sorry Sponny if this wasn't you, but I'd figured I'l like to share *^^*

i now have my own warning to give, please beware of these three people:
Mimas Gawaine and Sagara.

Though my reason is not the greatest, i believe that it is justified.

As told earlier, i like to help out noobs, usually i'll get them started off with a suit of armor, and when i saw these three out in gustaberg in a group fighting monsters that might get them 18 Xp a piece, i thought i would step in and help out, also mentioned previously, im usually on a lack of cash, so i couldnt buy all three full things, but parts, i bought (bronze) Knuckles, kife, sword, two lauan sheilds, and one bronze armor (i only bought one because i wanted to make it even, mnk's cant use sheilds).

Later on, i was lvling my whm, and i got a tell from mimas saying they need a whm. so being one that hates to lvl a whm solo with my lil banish spell, i agreed. after this pt disbanded, (Mainly because one person set hp back in bastok instead of N gusta) mimas said he was going to leave to get something off his lvl 55 smn, after hearing this i thought he must be lying, i asked him questions about af, and about the avatar lvls, and they were clear, but i wasnt convinced, hell you can get all that info on the net right?

so the three of them log onto these three chars:
Hajimotto, Casius(or casus cant remember) and kurz.

Now, as they said these people were high lvl's, but this just struck a nerve that they abused my goodwill towards newbies, and i tried calling a gm for it, (after all at lvl 55 you can farm enough for 5 sets of full bronze armor+1 in an hour), but i had to go before i could recieve the call.

(mainly from the fact it was late....or the fact that if i didnt go to bed i'd wake up with a checkermarked cheek)

Even tho these three abused it, im still going to help n00bs whenever i can, but please also, if you're a high lvl just playing with a mule, tell me so, i dont need to spend all my gil(whenever i have some that is, im the worst farmer ever...gil hints would be appreciated) on people that can easily afford it themselves, thank you.

Its funny how this post was like turning lemons into Lemonaide.

I thought Sheppard's idea of buying noobs new gear was such a good idea that I tried it the other night. I even took my lame lvl 8 whm and helped the new war out for a while.

It was a good time for all.

Thanks Sheppard and Siouxsie.

Thanks mat, Though it might not seem like much, Helping someone out just for the hell of its really precious to the person being helped. Lord knows they wont be able to get anything, their adventurors cupon gets them 50g, and they dont know about stacking crystals and the ah prices yet, so once you help, that "Thanks" they give is worth it all. :)
