I've been trying to update FFXI for about 2 hours now with no success. I ggot through the POL update np, then I finally got stage 1 of the FFXI update. Once stage 1 was done, stage 2 stalled right off the bat... then came up with the error message. Now, for about the past hour and a half... I keep getting the Busy Servor message.... please tell me Im not alone?
Yes you are alone, everyone else in the entire bismarck server is in jeuno having a keg party with hot women sporting leather subligars to celebrate that you are finally not online so we can have some fun for once.

TY for being a smartass..... I was asking if anyone is having SIMILAR problems...or if they are getting further then me -_-
Read every other thread here, main forum, other server forums and you will come to that conclusion that just like in our univerise you(we) are not alone.

Was thewre any other way to reply other than being a smartass. I mean seriously every single time SE updates this game its the same thing barely anyone gets in right away 90% of the perople aren't going to get the update to even start until It's time to go to sleep. Its a cruel world and right now SE is running it.

HAHAHA! I knew it would happen again and no one believed me. I told my friends it was gonna be just like the last major update where some people couldnt log in for 2 days. I decided not to even bother last night I wasnt gonna stay up that late to try and get the update. I tried this morning before I went to work and still no go so oh well. When I get off work in a few hours maybe it'll be easier to update.
Remember the last major update was about the same size as this one I think and i took at least hours apon hours to download because the download server was bombarded with people trying to get it? then if you waited it out the update only took 30 min? I think Ill try waiting it out.
