FYI, I just got word that is when the update is going to be. They're going to split it up into two parts and FFXI will be unavailable for all of 07/12/05 and 07/14/05.
I only know because I had requested those two days off, and my boss just gave me the okay. Based on SE's server maintenance history, I feel confident enough to pass the word along to the rest of you.

The server maintenance is going to take all day Monday. Go to work :P I'm sure the update will be later in the week as well with just as long downtime ; ;
