Signing on.Follow

I recently moved from a desktop to a lap top at work. During this transition I lost all my cookies and therefore am unable to automatically log into this site.

I have repeatedly tried to get my password sent to me via my one work address that I know was the one that I initially signed up with on this site. I have also requested new log in information and passwords sent to two other email address (home and secondary work). I have not received and password emails at any of the three addresses. This has been over a week in the process.

I was going to subscribe to the premium service but I need to log on to subcribe. I guess my question is; Is anyone else having problems getting a user id and password, or is it just me? If so, are there any step I can take to rectify this?
