Call me crazy, but if you're going to steal a boat, you'd think you'd want to know how to drive one first. Or perhaps we should ask how you're going to get away with it in the first place. I mean out in the middle of a bay in front of a major city isn't exactly the best place to hide something. I'll just hope it was drugs in his system or something, it's scary to think people may have that bad of judgement while sober.
