More then likely because he is stuck between rate and no rate on his karma. I camped the sh*t out of Sing for a long time.
And if he was No-rated it could have been me he camped. I had a troll that hit me so hard one night, it stripped me from 3.29 to 3.21 when I had 5k in posts.
