Didn't see this so forgive me if it's been posted. Anyway,

on October 3rd the 11th season of South Park continued w/ the release of Episode 8 - Le Petit Tourette.

Here Cartman pretends to have Tourette's just so he can swear whenever he wants and get away w/ it.

Now this is one of the only episodes I watched where I had to pause it to finish laughing. If any of you have seen an actual Tourette's documentary you may (Or may not) end up laughing all the way through it, despite it being pretty life wrecking.

Thankfully my conscience was eased by this when my psychology teacher told me she laughs when she watches those documentaries also. So that's cool.

Anyway, if you've already seen this, '**** in the ***', '**** coming out of my ***' and all other variations had me in stiches.

I loved this episode and the ending w/ the kiddy fiddlers comiting mass suicide was hilarious.

On October 10 Episode 9 - More Crap came out.

In this episode we see Stan's dad, Randy, taking the worlds largest ever crap.

His record unfortunately gets shattered by a superstar called Bono/Bonno and then a uh, weird twist comes in after that.

This episode was pretty funny, but not all out hilarious. I was laughing pretty hard at the end when Randy crapped and swirled UPwards while crapping. That was pretty nifty.

Anyway, so what's your opinion of this show? It's kinda like jackass, you either love it or you hate it. I personally like it and I think, even after 11 seasons, the creases of time only help it because they never seem to run out of ideas.

I didn't care for it when it first premiered. Ten years later, and I still don't care for it. It's just never struck me as funny, I guess because the "humor" is anything but subtle. :/

South Park is meh. Some episodes have me trying to desperately to catch my breath while others have me staring blankly at the screen.

I am ashamed for totally forgetting about South Park Wednesday. I apologize to the great Matt and Trey and will watch it right now.

Le Petit Tourette was decnt. I wouldn't call it top 10.

I guarantee Tsuki and Usagi had a chill run down their spine every time Dateline and Chris Hansen were mentioned. Smiley: lol

I find episodes are hit and miss. Sometimes I'll find one thats really really funny, other times I wonder why they even bothered airing it. Most of the time I like it though.

Its almost like the next simpsons except cruder.

Been meaning to pick up the DVD's one day, just haven't had the money to.

Southpark is the most moralistic show on TV. No on can argue that, it’s also the most subtle and blunt comedies I’ve ever seen, it almost rivals Dave Chappell’s stand up. It will also be the epitome good TV to me…

They go overboard with it, though. I happen to agree with a lot of their politics, but when they moralize I swear, it feels like being they're beating you on the head with it. :/

Smiley: lol Yeah, the 7th season was pretty bad that way. On the more normalized standards 90% of what the portray on the show I would equate to a happy nuclear home.

It's an outreach program for all the stupid people in this country. Subtle humor doesn't work on 95% of the population. Can't you understand that? Smiley: glare

I have never laughed so hard at South Park as I did at the end of the "Crap" episode.

After all their snide political episodes they've had recently, I really just needed some good ol'-fashioned toilet humor.

I guess my Puritan sensibilities are different than some. The "gross-out" stuff makes me turn the show off although I usually enjoy it otherwise. I stopped watching for a long time after the first Mr. Hankey episode thinking "This is humor? A talking ****?"

It's my favorite tv show right now. Though I'm also loving Boondox, Metalocalypse, and Reaper.

I'm just surprised they were making fun of Bono... I mean - I've never been a fan...but the guy does do a LOT of good work in the world.

He did some 9/11 memorial show with a bunch of other big stars - and at the end he opened up the inside of his jacket, and the lining was an AMERICAN FLAG..and like... Bono(to the best of my knowledge) isn't even a US Citizen.

I love South Park. I have a season pass on my Tivo set to record all episodes and keep up to 10 ata time.

I hated Mr. Hanky.

I loved the past 3 or 4 seasons.

I like South Park mostly because I enjoy watching situations play out where the circumstances are so morally skewed and misinterpretted that it boarders on the offensive. They have managed to tread that line well and so long as they continue to do so, they will have a large fanbase.
