I'm sort of dixlexic. I've been known to type words backwords also. Sorry but my passion and hatred kind of leaked out.

Smiley: dubious

What else would you suggest I do with my fist and farm animals?

Also, I'm not touching dixlexic. Considering the source, it even gives me the heebie-jeebies. Because she has a *****. There's some weird **** going on this thread. I'm out.

Todays Update:
Deathly Quiet from the HR camp. Hum, I wonder what is happening?
Manager came by late in the shift and I more or less told her that I'd go the moment they said Ok! But, I guess we wait for them to drag their feet. Seems my company Exells at Messing with workers.

Update:
Recieved an E-mail from one of the Higher up clowns at work.

Quote:
Brandy, I talked with ????? yesterday and will look into your request.

And Thus, The normal Corperate Dragging of the feet and the Fking of me begins!
Sigh, for once I wish they would Just DO ONE THING" for me.

Or maybe, and I'm just winging it here..., they're laying off 10,000 people in the next 2-3 months and more then one person is going through the same issues as well.

I know. We're all unique snowflakes and all that, but maybe there's some value in having a little patience...?

HR sucks. I'm having an issue with someone I work with. They can't seem to do squat.

The question is, what can YOU do to resolve this for you?

Quit, maybe? Change your attitude, maybe?

As previously stated, I'm sure you are not the only one with issues at present, given the fact that they are downsizing, if I read correctly. What makes you so special? That you get immediate treatment?

And I realize you think your situation is unique and that they are discriminating against you, and maybe that's true. But unfortunately, to get ahead in some areas of business, you have to compromise your principals a little. You may not get to act/dress/talk the way you want, the way you do in your personal time. But guess what - you are on company time. Learn to play the game and deal with it or you're not going anywhere in life.

And for anyone not over the age of 25 or over the hill hippies who feel compared to start the whole "I'm not givin' in to the MAN" campaign - either someday you'll learn what bullsh*t that really is or you'll be living alone in a cardboard box with nothing to show for your life.

And this dumb *****, too. What the fUck? Just because you don't have any skills that would allow you to be anything beyond a miserable worker bee doesn't mean that other folks might be capable of being successful on their own terms. Now, I'm not a hideous tranny like Tailmon but I can understand her not wanting to compromise her self-image in such a drastic way just to make a buck.

And also, nobody "feels compared to start" anything, you stupid cUnt. People might feel compelled to start something, and I assume that's what you meant, but goddamn, quit being such a dipsh*t. If you'd stop being this dumb you could stop taping your diCk to your leg to keep your job. You could just let that sh*t flop around and folks would be like, "Hey, so she's got a ****, but at least she knows the difference between 'compared' and 'compelled', unlike that dumb ***** Kassandra".

That's ok, I'm not into people, either. And I honestly don't care about ratings.

A lot of my post came out of sheer frustration. I'm in an uncomfortable spot at work.

Employees should and do have some rights, but so do employers, they can expect you to look and act professional. Dressing like a flaming tranny, or a gang banger, or a wannabe rockstar, probably doesn't fit that criteria. I don't know anything about the OP, so I can't say what her situation is. All I know is this world expects you to conform.

My boss is nice, personable, very tactful, as is her boss; he can't say a bad word about anyone. The person I work with is nice, tries to be helpful, very friendly, can barely meet a deadline and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about half the time. I'm not so nice, kind of standoffish, not terribly friendly, but I'm professional and I get my sh*t done.

Even though this person has been there almost as long as me and long enough that she should know what to do without asking me every five minutes, and then being offended to the point of tears when I tell her what she needs to do, apparently she is extraordinary in some way I'm not seeing. And I will be expected to conform because I need to be more... what, warm? Approachable? Whatever.

Life's not fair, dammit. If you want to be yourself, work for yourself, or go work at a record store or a sex shop. My dream job is to own my own book store, because then at least I'd have something in common the people there. We all feel alienated when we aren't accepted, but it's human nature to try to make everyone else like you rather than let them be who they are.

Smiley: lol The OP really is a tranny. Smiley: lol

Although I assume she just dresses like a woman.

Anyway, let's get to the important stuff. Let's talk about you.

Are you a fattie?

Yep, that's pretty much the only important part.

You can say some rather laughable things.
Companys make policy that only benefits themselves and they only enforce it when they want to.
Flaming? (Get real) I dress approporately according to company policy. The other girls wear clothing that violates it every day. But, if I wore one sleeveless top or a to short skirt? Dam right! They would drag me into HR in a heartbeat!

What fustrates me the most is that the company constantly violates their own policies and even flaunts it at times.

I will at least leave one VERY lasting thing at my company. I made them change their statment "We do not Discriminate based upon Race, Color, Religion, Sex, and Sexual orientation and Gender."

Todays Updare: Recieved call from the Employee laison and they approved my package and my last day is next week Thursday. Now I get to see just what they will try to cut the monies in my orignal signed agreement!

That's good to hear, and I agree that you would get dragged into HR. I didn't say you dressed that way but you really never said. Sounds to me like they just have a problem with you, then, but since we are only getting your side of the story, it's going to raise some questions.

Well, per the conversation on Friday my last day is this Thursday.
I had a meeting invite sent to me from the one HR person I cannot stand. This is around Noon on Thursday. Its with my Manager and old Manager (She left dept as of last friday) So I'm on manager #5 since the layoff announcment.
I accepted the meeting But I asked for "MY" HR person instead of the Idiot at our building. I was assured I was getting my full package. However, till I see it in writing I expect them to try something yet.

Well,
My career is now over. I had my meeting and recieved my Full package from the company. What sucked is that most of my personal DVD's I had at work in my drawer were ripped off on Tuesday when I left early to show my home. I came in on Wed and found that they were gone from my bag of DVD's. 99% sure it was my coworker. You would think that even old Hags like her would not take a Movie like Barbie and the Princess and the Pauper? Any ways they seemd to really want to replace them but I just shook my head and said."It's not worth it. I'd have given them away if people had asked but they went and took them. It makes me sad that I work with thieves.

Why on earth would you leave stuff like that in your desk? I lock mine every night and there's nothing in there worth stealing.
